As a Native New Yorker of Cuban Descent, she is fluently bilingual and has a BA in Spanish Literature and Multilingual Journalism. Throughout the past 20 years, Ileana has held positions in Customer Service, Public Relations as well as Personal and Executive Assistance.

Ileana’s dedication to coaching lead her to become a certified Neuro-Linguistic Programming practitioner and a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) through the International Coach Federation.
