Ileana Ferreras has been coaching since 2006, partnering with clients who are ready to move beyond predictable patterns and take consistent, meaningful action toward what matters most in their lives and work.

Her approach combines thoughtful inquiry with practical follow-through. Ileana helps clients clarify their goals, examine the internal narratives shaping their decisions, and create the structure and support needed to act steadily and sustainably on what they truly intend.

Clients often seek her out when they are aware of their potential yet find themselves circling the same fears, procrastination, or competing priorities. Through this work, they gain both insight and steady movement toward lasting change.

Born and raised in New York City and of Cuban descent, Ileana is fluent in both Spanish and English. She holds a B.A. in Spanish Literature and Multilingual Journalism, which further informs her deep appreciation for cultural nuance, communication, and personal resilience in her work.

 

She also brings a professional background in Customer Service, Public Relations, and Executive Assistance — experiences that have shaped her ability to listen deeply and understand what matters most to each person.

Early in her coaching career, she participated in and coached several courses at Landmark, a leading global transformation organization, where she discovered her enduring commitment to supporting people in creating lives that feel both intentional and fulfilling.

Ileana is a Master Certified Coach (MCC), the highest credential offered by the International Coaching Federation (ICF) - A global organization.  She is also a master certified Neuro-Linguistic Programming practitioner and Trauma-Informed Coaching certified through Moving The Human Spirit.

 

She continuously works to refine her craft, believing that meaningful change happens not only through insight but also through committed, thoughtful action over time.
