Ileana asks the questions that clarify goals while tackling the limiting mindsets that prevent their fulfillment. This winning combination causes clients to design and follow through on the actions that produce breakthrough results.

As a Native New Yorker of Cuban Descent, she is fluently bilingual and has a BA in Spanish Literature and Multilingual Journalism. Throughout her lifetime, Ileana held positions in Customer Service, Public Relations as well as Personal and Executive Assistance.

She participated in, and coached, several courses at Landmark, a leading global transformation corporation, which caused her to discover her passion for making a difference. 

​

Ileana’s dedication to coaching lead to become a certified Neuro-Linguistic Programming practitioner and a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) through the International Coach Federation. Most recently she earned her Trauma Informed Coaching Certificate, by way of Moving The Human Spirit.

She is currently in process around obtaining her Master Certified Coach credential (MCC), the highest offered by the International Coach Federation.
